Big Rally Ahead - Out of These 20 Year Lows

Before big ups there are big downs. I firmly believe this is a B wave fakeout with a C rally due.

My strategy is to Dollar Cost Average (DCA) these selloffs.

Late 1991 there was a selloff before a tremendous rally into 1992. 2011 into 2012 should be the same....
