New Moon at Perigee 'Should' Keep Rally afloat
Rule of thumb, new moons are bullish and perigees will amplify any domimant energy.
The 9/23 180° date occurring near a New Moon at Perigee may be enough to carry this c-wave up higher above the 8/31 high. However, the Gann 180° from 3/16/2011 is IN and caution must be heeded. Long but cautious here.
