These Bull Markets are centered around 50 cents per Day - the Gann 1x2 Line
50 cents doesnt sound like much, but if you look at the powerful 1995-2000, 2003-2007 and 2009-current bull markets, they built themselves around a 50 cent per day trend.
Red lines in chart are these 50 cents per day trends.
When the market jumps to 1 dollar per day, it is typically an unsustainable speculative boom and exhausts itself back to or below 50 cents to then resume or collapses completely.
Now that we have returned to a normal bull growth in 50 cent per day area, I fully expect the SPX to resume 50 cents and begin a very strong purple 1 dollar per day speculative boom trend most likely after the Hurst 80 week low is put in sometime late October.
This 2012 boom strength should fool just about everyone...and will be part of the Livermore Speculative Cylinder I've mentioned in previous posts.
